Those droplets sure look like water. Did you try to pressurize the coolant system? I would try it with the engine cold and then warm up the engine with the cap off and try it again.
You could try a chemical test the same way, cold engine/warm engine.
A couple weeks ago I found a caravan head gasket issue with the chemical test on a warmed up engine that showed no failure when cold.

I did a pressure test cold and it only dropped 3psi not much of a change. No leak drip from exhaust valve with header removed. I dont have any combustion gas going in coolant no bubbling or anything even with leakdown no pressure was going in the tank.
