This is from a Nissan Murano ( no, not that Murano )
that had 3 different size 18" tires on it. I kind of suspect that had something to do with the torturous death this differential must have suffered...

Nnew Chrysler window switch

Customer - I found a fuse blown so I replaced it. That one blew, so I went up a number (original was 5a). That one blew too so I put a 30a in and it fixed it for a little bit then I smelled burning.

Welp, I put a dash harness in his Altima today. Expensive lesson. It's hard to tell where the original short was since there was so much damage but one spot has some corrosion, so I think that was the spot.

Those are the other blown fuses I found and I felt good only having those two screws left over!

Nissan Technician

Mercedes GL350 gets towed in. Front end is on the bump stops, air ride problems. Right front wheel is held on by two bolts. The hub (once removed from the bearing) looks like this:



It appears that something went wrong with the threads? :huh: I dunno the story. It came in with a couple Helicoils got installed. Then, they somehow broke a wheel bolt off in the new Helicoil. :lol: :lol: :lol: I guess that's when they called the tow truck.
