I treated myself to a headphone upgrade for Christmas and am loving them. Grado 225e. For $200 I can't image anything sounds better (IMO of course). If you haven't listened to music through open back headphones you are missing out. I find myself just trying to find quality recordings from any genre because they just sound so awesome. Look up open back headphones if you aren't familiar.

I also owned the new noise cancelling Sony over-ears that are like $320 and they aren't even close. The noise cancelling feature was amazing but for listening at home at night, unneeded. It's just different and something you have to experience.

Randy Rhodes is a legend! I love Zakk Wylde and Black Lable Society, but after a certain point it's like the guy just runs out of tricks.
I was holding out hope that he might jam out some Pantera and fill in for the late great Dimebag Darrel, but with Vinnie Paul gone now I think the best we're going to get is the pale imitation we've been getting from Phillip H. Anselmo and The Illegals.

Speaking of Anselmo, I hear Kirk Windstein is on board for a 25th anniversary of the release of DOWN.
I'm ready!

Zakk Wylde of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Label Society covers the entire first self titled Black Sabbath album with his band aptly named Zakk Sabbath.

And this monster of a track for the Vol. 4 Redux compilation album.
