Q: Why is my ScannerDanner Premium subscription payment no longer recurring? (I have to manually re-subscribe every month)

A: We use PayPal to handle all ScannerDanner Premium subscriptions. If you miss a payment (ex: the credit card linked to your PayPal account expired). PayPal will attempt to bill the same account again 5 days later, then another 5 days before automatically suspending the subscription. When this happens, the website subscription and the PayPal subscription are no longer in sync. PayPal will NOT reinstate the recurring plan on a suspended account and your subscription will only be for one month. A: If you originally subscribed using the 14 day free trial, our system will NOT let you use the trial version again. You must subscribe using the No-Trial subscription listed on the same page.

If you have an expired 14 day free trial subscription AND an expired No-Trial subscription and you want to re-subscribe, DO NOT renew any of your expired subscriptions!
